The RPF honors those who have served and continue to serve Renton.
The RPF is an independent nonprofit organization that collects community donations and then gives those donations to the Renton Police Department to innovate, honor, and further enhance the quality of its services; further build bridges with the community; and make Renton a safer place to live, work, and visit.

Strengthening Renton neighborhoods by further building relationships between the Renton Police Department and Renton residents.
The Officers must navigate a wide range of stressors in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment with evolving external influences, such as legislation and changes in local public support, that further compound these stressors.
